What is the whistleblower policy?
Our whistleblower policy is a policy that encourages employees and external parties to report any suspicions of misconduct, fraud, corruption, misuse of resources or other violations of our company’s policies. This policy provides protection to employees who make good faith reports of such concerns and ensures their anonymity and protection form retaliation.
How does it work?
When an employee or person outside the organization identifies a potential violation, that person sends an e-mail to whistleblower@lovehomefabrics.com. The report will be forwarded to an external party, in the case of Love Home Fabrics this is the Federal Ombudsman. They are bound by professional secrecy, ensuring that your personal information and report are strictly confidential and they will never disclose your identity.
Anonymity and confidentiality
Making a report while ensuring your anonymity is possible. However, handling the report sometimes requires contacting the reporter again for clarification. Therefore, we invite you to send your report via email from an email address that guarantees your anonymity of you wish to remain anonymous. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feel safe to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
Investigation and follow-up
All reports received are taken seriously and are thoroughly investigated by an external party. In the case of Love Home Fabrics, this is the Federal Ombudsman. If necessary, appropriate actions are taken to address the reported issue. We strive to be transparent about the progress of the investigation, although we will always respect the confidentiality of all parties involved.
