The Master Data Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining the master data for products and customers. You will have contact with our production plants in Belgium as well as in Czechia & Spain. The ideal candidate has first-time work experience with ERP-software and has worked in a role where he/she offered service to internal or external stakeholders. The master data team consists of two people.
You will be responsible for
Creating new articles and adding the production method
Creation of new customers in the ERP system
Updating master data when changes occur
Carrying out quality checks of the master data at regular intervals and correcting mistakes
Communication with production and sales to obtain additional information
Responding quickly to internal requests and resolving issues in a timely manner
What do we expect:
You have a bachelor's or master's degree, but more important than that are your analytical skills and an eye for detail
First time working experience with ERP-software, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Good knowledge of Excel to manipulate and prepare the data for bulk-loads
You communicate efficiently with the various departments in Dutch and English
You are service-oriented
