1. Purpose

This statement outlines the Love Home Fabrics Group’s position and commitments regarding:

• The prevention of modern slavery and forced labor

• The elimination of child labor

• The promotion of ethical business conduct and access to grievance mechanisms.

It is issued in line with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 & Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code. We align with ILO Conventions 138 & 182 and encourage suppliers to implement educational transition programs where relevant.

2. Modern slavery & forced labor

We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. All forms of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor are strictly prohibited across value chains.

Our commitments include:

• Mandatory supplier declarations and risk-based assessments;

• Contractual clauses banning forced labor;

• Maintaining traceability in high-risk sourcing regions;

• Immediate action if violations are detected.

The Company prohibits all forms of forced labour. The LHF Group does not source cotton or any other cellulose fiber from regions linked to state-imposed or forced labor, including the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. We require suppliers to demonstrate full traceability of fiber & yarn origin and to ensure compliance with EU, UK and U.S. regulations on forced labour.

3. Child labor

Child labour is not tolerated under any circumstance. Minimum working age is 15, or higher where national law requires.

In the event of violation:

• Immediate removal of the child from harmful work;

• Engagement with remediation partners (e.g., education);

• Review of supplier practices and possible suspension.

4. Whistleblower & ethics statement

We encourage all stakeholders to report violations of ethics, human rights, or legal obligations through confidential channels.

Key features:

• Whistleblowing reports can be submitted via: whistleblower@lovehomefabrics.com

• Reports are received by an independent person bound by confidentiality;

• Both internal and external parties are protected against retaliation;

• Ethics violations include corruption, discrimination, unsafe work, harassment, and fraud;

• Where substantiated, corrective measures are taken immediately.

Suppliers are expected to implement their own local grievance systems and to cooperate with external audits and ethical reviews.
